Abbeville - Broussard had to select: Naval or Air Force Academy

While most seniors today are debating where to go on their senior trip, North Vermilion senior Jared Broussard had a tougher decision to make – Air Force Academy or Naval Academy.
Broussard earned appointments to the U.S. Air Force Academy, in Colorado Springs, CO, and the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
He first visited the Naval Academy and liked what he saw, which put a heavy burden on his shoulders.
“I was stressed out,” said Broussard.
