4 spot up in the bottom of the 8th. Most, if not all, with 2 outs. Still batting. 7-4 UL

We finally wake up from that "first two months of the season" spell we were under.

    Hell yea!!!!

It would have been nice to sweep, but I will take 2 out of 3.

How did the rest of the Belt do?

Great weekend all around. Cajuns baseball and softball keep the winning going. Hall Davis joins the exclusive club known as the NFL, the Seahawks are unanimously graded as the top draft this year, and the enigma got swept this weekend out in Oxford. Fun times my friends. Fun times.

jp's definitely bounced over. I think the home plate ump signaled a homer. Although it sucked, ground rule double was the correct call.

Couldn't tell on JP's shot from where I was sitting. Based on the way the CF dove, I thought it would have taken a big bounce to get over. I thought it went under the fence. I know the ground rule double was the correct call, but if it doesn't go over, we get 3 runs instead of 2 and we have a tie ball game.

Yea, it went over. I remember thinking the ball took an exceptionally high bounce. Darn turf cost us runs :P
