Western Kentucky taking out their frustrations on Kentucky tonight. The Hilltoppers scored 16 runs in the second inning and lead 22-1 in the bottom of the 6th on 20 hits.

I'm guessing kentucky isn't very good this year. Anyway, i heard some ppl behind me at the tigue talking about the demons - tigers game. I had no idea. Also, this team couldn't get out of that 8th inning jam a month ago. Huge pitches from Joey there. Maybe this team has grown up before our eyes?

No, Kentucky has a decent team. Their RPI rank (25 entering tonight) is good enough for at-large consideration. Their problem is a 5-10 conference record. They are battling it out with Alabama (RPI rank 17) and Mississippi State (RPI rank 42), both also 5-10, for the 8th and final spot in the SEC Tournament.

Western Kentucky has tagged Kentucky twice this season.
