Softball Louisiana at McNeese 6pm
The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball team heads west on I-10 to Lake Charles for its final midweek game, taking on McNeese on Tuesday, April 21 in a 6:00 p.m. contest at Joe Miller Field at Cowgirl Diamond.
The Ragin' Cajuns (25-22) and Cowgirls (31-18) will be completing this spring's home-and-home series.
In the season's earlier meeting on March 24 at Lamson Park, first-inning home runs from Haley Hart (leading off) and Brooke Otto set the tone in a 5-2 win for Louisiana that was secured by solid pitching efforts from Bethaney Noble (5.1 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 3K) and Sage Hoover (1.2 P, 0 H, 0 R, 2 K).
