Well, McNeese parlayed a 20+ journeyman college basketball coach with a solid losing record into an athletic director that just left them for greener pastures.

Granted he became AD in LC during a dismal time post Hurricane Laura, and his on court product sucked, but Schroyer got the job done even though he became AD by default.
