I have no idea if she is or not. Didn’t mean to imply that I did, but I think the likelihood she’ll be fired is pretty low regardless of how the rest of this season goes.

I personally love Aly and Lacy. I don’t know Shipman or Kyle very well at all. I have spoken to Kyle a good bit and really like him, Shipman very little communication with outside of a few hellos. Seems to be a man of few words or maybe just don’t like me. LOL


I say that to say this, for everyone involved I pray success for each of them as coaches and every young lady on the team. It is clear the season to this point is not going as anyone had hoped including those Coaches I am sure!!

It’s extremely easy from the outside to pick apart every detail not working (and I’m not criticizing or saying fans here don’t have that right) but I personally wish them ALL success!! I stand behind them as a fan and hope the team can figure things out. Until then, I will continue watching these coaches and young ladies do all they can to compete.

PS, and for the record I may be the worst softball fan in the world. I am guilty of coaching constantly from the stands or from my couch on things I would do differently or critiques I may have but I typically do that to myself or an extremely tight knit group of folks I trust. And, that’s not just UL, I do it with EVERY GAME I watch. LOL

That's the problem. Being nice and loved doesn't do much for the scoreboard. Coaching is a result driven business and this staff just isn't getting it done. Check out the SBC tournament tickets sales as you will see the fans have spoken.
