The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball team showed plenty of fight on the road as its Spring Break trip through the state of Virginia began on Wednesday night, pressuring No. 21 Virginia with an 11-hit effort before ultimately falling just short, 5–4, at Palmer Park in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Cajuns could have won the game....Norwood had a good game....No way should Watts have batted in the T7, should have been Soto....Was very surprised Stutes hit for Smith, was waiting for Soto to grab a bat...Bottom line Cajuns were not clutch with the bats. Still moving fielders around this late in the season didn't help and besides the lack of hits cost them the game. Letting the runner get to 2B on a walk hurt the Cajuns.
