We have gone from winning every SBC series, making NCAA tournament every year, Hosting regionals and Super Regional regionals, to hoping to win a few and make the SBC tournament that we are hosting. This is just actually sad, like very sad.

I don’t get a chance to see them play; but I’ve followed this program for decades. Really tough to see this storied program struggle so mightily. My opinion only: it’s time for a major reset. Should start with a heart-to-heart between our AD and Coach AH to determine if she still has the fire & drive to fix it. If not, then she should step aside … especially if they fail to even make the conference tournament.

Never said that. Just gave some info showing that in 3 of their league series, they have not played to the level they should. In some of those games, not even close.

That falls on the coaching staff. But to suggest firing them is, imo, ridiculous.

May is right around the corner. You not saying anything suggests you agree. You can't believe that it is acceptable to keep everyone if they don't make the tournament.

The school will be happy about not having to pay to put up the SBC champs on the infield wall. That and the $10 they saved on ice in the concession stand will make a difference. Tripping over $100 bills to pick up Pennys

I agree, but you mentioned entering the portal. Some small school will pick the ones I mentioned up. The team doesn’t believe in Ally’s softball philosophy, she’s lost them. Unless the school is prepared for a ground up rebuild, they better do something fast.

The thing that is amazing to me, the majority of these players are Gerry recruits. Gerry never recruited substandard players, but most of these players do not show me that they have the ability to play for any Gerry Glasco team. Coaching is very bad on this staff. I don't believe in her coaching philosophy, what makes you think the players don't believe in it?

Conversations with people in the know. Ally said in her presser, she loves the chaos of the bunt. She will go down because of her stubbornness. Losing 9-1, bunts Cissy who is nursing a high ankle sprain. Leaves pitchers in too long. Keeping Smith in the lineup. ( automatic out, the out is not the problem if at the right time, but you have to get the ball out of the infield) Our pitchers are not good enough to spot pitches like upper tier pitchers, the walks and hit batters are a big concern. What does the pitching coach actually do? It’s obvious Ally has a tight leash on him and the hitting coach. Just my observation is all
