Support Ot: Question. Collectives vs athletic foundations

No, most donations to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) collectives are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Would that rule that applied to A also affect B once B started engaging in A type activities. And how should it affect the donor's, do they know which they are donwting to or does it matter
