Awful effort but the USM kid is s not an average pitcher. Still the Cajuns should sweep USM, now now goal is to get the series win. Remember Roarman talked about the chocolate. Fans saw that again tonight.

Interesting facts about tonight's game. USM has nine pitchers on the roster. They only needed to use one. The players who played tonight for USM consisted of one freshman, seven sophomores and two red-shirt juniors. Since USM joined the Sun belt in 2023, this is the first time they have beaten the Cajuns.
