I worked a 1/4 of last year up in "Canada" and bought every single Cajun seasoning I found. 14 different blends, yes I found 14 different ones. Not a single one was worth a sh*&.

"Canada" is in quotes because we think they're our good ol' neighbor up north, just some beer drinking folks freezing their a.. off, all about hockey and pulling fish out of a f'n hole in the ice and saying "eh" like we say bruh or baw. NOPE, that Canada no longer exists. Period. COMPLETELY taken over by immigration and customs which have turned it into a nightmare. FACT.

Anyhow, the "cajun culture" is safe. It simply can not be imitated. Period. And thank our President for our real borders. The last regime committed treason.
