SBC Tournament 2026

No dream Zoom. But, they were the best team I saw play in the SBC this year and they will best represent the conference in the tournament. And, I do stand by the comment that I think they could make some noise.

I agree with you. I remember when we played them here, they were beating us so badly I just started watching them, admiring how well they played. I will pull for them in the tourney.

Next year I am hopeful we make big strides; I do think we can.

Troy pulled some upsets in pre conference and lost to USC on a last second half court shot. They have been cold from 3 recently which is hard to believe considering how hot they were from there when they played here. If those go down again, Troy could scare their first opponent. They are also excellent on the glass regardless if their shooting is cold.

Yes, they dropped 16 3's against us if I remember correctly. They did this by great spacing and good ball movement. Many of those attempts were pretty open as they had us chasing them all around.
