I think what happens often in these ego losses, is a coach gets rattled in a legitimate loss call a team meeting, overreacts, makes unnecessary changes which leads to unnecessary losses that would not have occurred if they had just manned up and taken the loss in stride.

Losing two games back-to-back to NW and Louisiana just magnified the panic.

The full on panic has led to losing games they shouldn't.


Don't tweak what doesn't need tweaking.
