UL baseball & softball off to good starts

It was a thrilling weekend for the Cajun diamond teams, with both highs and lows on the field. The Cajuns softball team had a mixed performance, winning two games and losing two, while the baseball team shone brightly against UC San Diego.

"UC San Diego came to town, which I was very impressed with those guys as well. I think they have a win against UCLA, who was No. 1 at the time," UL baseball head coach Matt Deggs said.
