That’s a let down. 5 hits, left 8 on. Didn’t want to drop a game today, obviously. Especially with the Aggies waiting for some payback tomorrow.

21 games into the season and, before a game starts, I have no idea if the Cajuns are going to win or lose. They have won games I thought they would have lost and games they have lost I thought they would have won. Including a game I gave them a 99% chance of winning. They continue to be like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get.

High highs and head scratchers. Really strange. Aside from Prairie View, the loses are not to bad teams, right?

Jax state is 14-6 and you split. Ole Miss, Houston, TSAB all decent.

But they hit, and hit and hit, then a let down. Pitching is what it is. Some bright spots.

You score something like 40 runs in the first 4 games of the week, then struggle to score 2 against Saint Mary. Who I guess is not a bad team, but a team you would be favored against in every matchup.

No doubt this team is better than 2025. That’s a positive. Just can’t afford to drop too many.
