We? If your starting pitcher isnt ready to pitch about 9 innings worth of pitches if efficient.. less if lots of 3 ball counts and or baserunners....you suck as a coach. Pitchers get stretched out well before the season begins.

How many pitches is "9 innings worth"?

I'll agree with you about the coaching, but not about expecting your starters to go 115 pitches. If you cant trust your bullpen to protect a 6 run lead with 9 outs to go, then yeah, you suck as a coach.
