Walk off, walk
Walk off, walk
Baseball gods giveth, and sometimes they taketh away. Happy to win, Maryland will be fired up tomorrow after gift wrapping tonight.
Very nice comeback win for the Cajuns. Never give up. Huge at bat for Trip.
The fans get the save, at least. It was loud on tv. Maryland has not played in an environment equal to a half full Tigue on a Friday.
The Tigue was at full tilt bottom 9th. There were multiple times when the pitchers had to keep asking the coach for the pitch cause they couldn’t hear.
There was also the pitching change, which was a riot. Kid threw three to the backstop during his warmup and couldn’t find the plate, and everyone was letting him know about it. Crowd absolutely had an impact bottom 9.
Ol' Trippin' pipe came through. That crowd just fired up the season.
That was crazy! Went to the bottom on the 9th losing 6-3. Won 7-6 still with the bases loaded and no outs!!!!
This new way of relaying signs has made me ponder a teams backup plan for a few seasons. I’ve seen them swap out equipment when the battery is dead or the equipment fails, but what do they do when they absolutely cannot hear? Are there any teams left that relay pitching signs without equipment?
