The Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the theft of a John Deere 997 Diesel mower with zero turn radius. This mower is green in color and is valued at over $7,000. The mower was taken from the Rice Experiment Station located on Caffey Road during the evening hours on April 18, 2010.
