    I refuse to accept just going to a bowl game and losing the bowl game and having a losing season.
    The expectation is to win SBC championships, have a shot at the CFP, and win bowl games along with having winning seasons year in and year out. Nothing less!

    Appreciate this information being posted here. The only one that seems negligent or just careless on Dr. Maggard's part was his eagerness in offering the multi-year, long term extension to CMD after one winning season following two losing seasons. An athletic director must be more shrewd with our resources even in the best of times. One of the first questions from whomever becomes Dr. Maggard's new boss should be "Why did you do that?"

    With that attitude, just settle for mediocrity. Yeah, thats real happiness manifested. You heard it Cajuns fans. Dial back your expectations and you'll be happy.

    Still impressive.

    The problem is the university uses the same approach for coaches who don't produce.
