    The game has changed.
    Freshmen aren’t walking into the same opportunities anymore.

    Roster spots are shrinking.

    Minutes are getting harder to earn.

    Experience is being prioritized more than ever

    Opportunity knocks, I've been talking about the open ended straw since school's started stealing players under the table.

    The number of available highly talented freshmen out there is greater than ever.

    Correct. Our best option is to focus on offering an enticing a package as possible that we can for incoming Fr. compared to our peers.

    The larger the NIL budget, the less willing they are to recruit and develop freshmen.. Just let UL do it and then poach them after SOPH year

    I think for the most part they'll prefer proven juniors.
