Well that roster had 7 graduate students, 2 seniors, 2 juniors, & 3 sophomores. Nobody on the staff was planning for the future. They were trying to win last year with experience. Now we have an entire new roster with our two leading scorers being true freshmen.

Indiana football has one of oldest rosters, numerous seniors, possibly more than 30, and it is just their 7th bowl season in last 30 years (that is approx once every 4 years for those generalnstudoes majors) sticking to a plan works after all

No not at all, but the once every four years complaint doesnt see to be a valid complaint, it could be seen as a good plan if coupled with the other piece.
Also during this indiana rise they did nothing to improve game day management or branding, maybe we complain too much about those things, as they won regardless
