    The College Sports Commission’s latest NIL Deal Flow Report offers one of the clearest looks yet at how the post-House NIL enforcement structure is actually functioning in practice.

    As of December 31, 2025, the CSC has cleared more than $127 million in name, image and likeness deal value through its NIL Go platform, spanning 17,321 total deals since the system launched in June 2025. That volume alone underscores how quickly NIL Go has become embedded in Division I compliance operations.

    compensation not commensurate with similarly situated individuals
    In other words, the system is actively rejecting deals that appear designed to function as disguised pay-for-play or recruiting inducements rather than legitimate NIL transactions
