Most EVERYONE else on RP does not post at all

and the LOUD who post here probably do not accurately represent the actual sentiment of EVERYONE ELSE on RP or the true Louisiana fans

and so is your darling App St probably tired of losing despite the fact that they actually went to a bowl with a losing record

50 years of an unreciprocated relationship will do that. When the end is more visible than the past, reality is clearer.

The older core fanbase is quickly going away. The market has changed to catering to who can give the most in a five year window.

There is no concern for the folks that have been on this journey or those just graduating.

It is who has the bucks today, nothing more, nothing less. Yet it’s hard to let go after a half of century of caring.

The younger guys over at RR are where we were 30 years ago. Hope they can change the relationship. Otherwise, to paraphrase Louisiana State, “Forever USL”.
