This does not even qualify to be in your book of short stories for lack of relevance

Sure and REALLY then EVERY Federal law is thus "grounded in the constitution". As usual, you move the goalposts to support your argument - after the fact.
This whole issue began when I claimed earlier the whole NIL debacle was based on employment and Antitrust law. YOU seemed to say "yes" "but you left out the constitutional part". I then said no, only these two legal issues.
NOW after you can't come up with a real constitutional issue that applies beyond the two issues of antitrust and employment , you changed the goal posts and say the Antitrust issue IS THE Constitutional ISSUE. No s#!t sher-Vic
And our ability to discuss this issue is also the grounded in the 1st am right to freely associate

You should lend your Story to Turbine cause it’s nothing but a story - a good one I note

And no, I have not moved any goal posts - I have ALWAYS said an athletes right to make money is a constitutional right and to date maintain that position

It has been a fun discussion however . . . only time will tell - kind of like the long term effects of the Covid vaccines

Not to short your story, but an athlete nor any individual for that matter cannot (in conjuction with their employment) make money in any manner willy nilly that they want to.

There can and will be constraints.

I don’t think so (of course drug sales, prostitution or other illegal activities excluded) - but we will see

    You missed the point
Maybe on purpose realizing your earlier error that I pointed out above

I beg to differ with your analysis - but again it was fun
