.. Likely we won’t be able to justify maintenance on 100k watt system and it’ll go back to on campus only format...

Except for higher power requirements the maintenance requirements are not worlds apart.

Monitoring requirements may be a bit more involved but it's not like an AM station where signals bounce and infringe on stations far away.

As long as the equipment is in place, I doubt they ever need to drop the signal strength.

Need to start coving sports though.

Leaders of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, a private agency that has steered federal funding to PBS, NPR and hundreds of public television and radio stations across the country, voted Monday to dissolve the organization that was created in 1967.

My biggest worry without NPR money flow is that the station gets lazy instead of buzy.

Lazy like somehow forgetting to renew the FCC license.
