This is the best time to recruit.

All these thousands of players were vetted coming out of high school.

The research does not need to be as taxing.

At the same time less focus is being paid to high schoolers so the door is open to getting fantastic freshmen.

The only caveat is be prepared, you will only have them for two years, sometimes one year.

We really need a portal recruiting coordinator! Idk if we have one, but i think it really is needed if this is the way it is going to be.

Evaluate potential targets, from the beginning of the year that potentially enter the portal that we could get to come to UL that could be an asset.

If over 4,000 athletes how do you vet which ones are the right fit here, i feel like you need someone to evaluate to make sure you are picking up the right athlete for your program.
