Jambalaya Pot Recommendations?

Looking for recommendations where I can purchase a 20-25 gallon jambalaya pot (and set up) in Acadiana? I live in the Houston area, but thought I’d make a trip over to get what I need. I haven’t lived in the area in 15 years, so looking for recommendations.
