I did a lot of complaining!

What, aside from the volume and pathetic video board, was there to complain about?

The word about the NEZ Scoreboard, back in the 2002 season was that a Judge donated a mill for it. That was the "word". Prob 4 times that. A good mktg tool would be to have it incur some unique or novel issue and use it to our advantage, ex. someone forgot to turn it off and now there's this outline of an alligator burned into it or the Don't tread on Me album cover.

Cant remember which MLB franchise did it but a board took a lic and it it ran thereon with that "digital square" blacked out. Coors Light (at the time) now a Miller company, ran with it, didn't fix it but instead did it to their packaging as well.

You got it. And how the "music under the oaks" is now the stage in front of tailgaters making it impossible to hold a conversation with fellow fans and our guests.

The sections not being labeled was a huge omission but definitely low hanging fruit. Should be an easy correction for next season

Oof. If that’s the case, please stop with the QR codes that get covered up by huge black boxes. Or stop with promos that require a working cell signal during the game . Those are 2 things that need to be adjusted for (wont/ can’t be corrected) during the game experience

Completed by Survey. Pretty much gave them all 5's except the score board. It was a totally different and for the better experience this year. Cannot wait to get back in the new stadium for next year. Everything was great as far as the stadium.
My main personal comments was we need a new score board. After seeing that score board at the South AL stadium, it changes the experience.
With ESPN PLus streaming all of our games now it is a must to have that score board before the East side is done in my opinion. A new and bigger score board video board will only enhance the stadium experience with replays, graphics, sound, etc.
I also mentioned multiple times they need more places selling $2 Natty lights. LOL. Hope they keep them.

Those were my two issues, more so the volume as that has an easy fix. I expect the new video board will be in with the East Side project.
