please explain your thoughts - NIL is a mechanism for the athlete to make money off the back of university support which was not there because it was prohibited by NCAA (and previously unavailable other than through a bagman - the university’s bagman who got money from university supporters or investors) now with the recognized constitutional right of the athlete to earn money, all that did was remove the need for the bagman - the money is still coming to the athlete from a university supporter, not an athlete supporter - once the athlete is no longer at the university there is no longer a return on investment sought by the Invester - winning
