You will receive an email from South Alabama Paciolan, then you have to accept the ticket transfer, then you have to create a Paciolan account with South Alabama to get your tickets. I tried my Ragin Cajuns Paciolan account but it didn't work so I had to create a new one through South Alabama. Then I transferred them to my mobile number.

I think deadline to get through UL was Monday. You should be able to get through the bowl website.
