Why the hell would LSU pay him to join them when they already have Van Buren on the roster? I haven't seen Lagway be some extra special QB that Kiffin and LSU need to go out of their way to bring over.

I actually think JMU would be a good place for him to end up, and he'd probably perform really well vs. Sun Belt defenses.

I think Kiffin brings in someone with more upside than both, but there's no reason to bring in Lagway. He wouldn't be that much an upgrade.

Lagway, while a great athlete, his QB play was erratic. Gators previous QB Richardson, a high draft pick, but same thing- erratic. Reminds me of Aaron Brooks with the Saints. Good game, bad game, good game, bad game and so forth. Lagway already making a pile of money at Florida. Sumrall must have different offense in mind.
