The SBC needs to get creative with the NOLA Bowl. They need a gimmick. Mardi Gras beads ain’t it anymore. It’s become opening fodder for the all you others bowls.
Cheese-it’s, Pop Tarts, Mayo, all have a gimmick. Even Flavor-Flav is in on the act. The article below points out after the first Pop Tarts bowl, sales increase 22 MILLION tarts the next week.
Can’t do much interaction with a truck line. What you’re going to do, roll out a truck and have a surprise come out the trailer? Plenty of silly answers out there, but has to be interactive with the players.
Pop Tarts set the bar, time the SBC gets rising on the NOLA bowl.

cannot deny an unhealthy love for brown sugar cinnamon pop-tarts. could eat them 'til i popped like a mosquito on blood.
It is so easy to recognize what athletic advertising does for a everyday purchasable product but for some reason academians can't see (or admit) how it drives school enrollment.
For this reason they view every penny spent on athletics as a stand alone disconnected expense.
They should view it as advertising well spent.
Athletics on the other hand doesn't recognize that every game should be tied to a food experience.
Every game should be a different food festival.
It won't happen overnight but do that and as word spreads watch game day attendance grow exponentially as well as school enrollment skyrocket.
Hoping Houston can pull it off. Comedy already in progress at TD.

Former Cajuns…Broussard has been on field, never targeted. Otherwise, all collecting pine time.
having a hard time watching this crappy game.
Houston shuts down el tigres. No Zeon. Lane walking around like he's Leanardo"s stuntdouble.
