As far as I can tell, no team has broken the $2 mil threshold though some have come close with $1.9mil paydays.
$1.3mil is average to healthy in the current market.

The lack of self confidence is a good comment. You can even see it in the stands at home games. Look I am happy we had an increase in attendance overall the last 3-4 years every year, but something as simple in being confident in your team and yourself and standing up on 3rd down and yelling to get a stop is something everyone should be confident in doing. Sometimes it seems as though only some die hards are standing up and yelling on 3rd down and majority of people are looking at you like something is wrong with you. No that should be the culture of every 3rd down. It is an automatic. Who cares if you block the person behind you, they should be standing up also.
