I don't know man, he had great success with all prior WR rooms. The way my brain operates is root cause analysis. If I were forced at gun point to make a decision on how we will win our next game and given two choices, HAVE to pick one, I'm 100 out of 100 times gonna say receivers themselves (in the '25 season) are the biggest threat to not getting a W vs. it was the Coach's fault. You can not deny the success we have had with WRs prior to this season.

I have not heard this, but if this means we are bringing in an OC/Play Caller I would not be opposed.

Need for the guy to actually call the plays for it to really matter. Other than that, it's all window dressing. Same old ____ we've seen the past four years.

Dez needs to realize his chances of being really successful and beating down criticism would be better if he were focused on overall game and roster management, and letting someone else who is also knowledgeable call the in-game plays. He's not Bill Walsh or Sean McVay, which isn't a knock on him, because 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999% of coaches aren't either.

I think we all want Dez to hand over offensive coordinator duties completely to someone so he can focus on the program as a whole.

Hate to lose Tim, but Tim in that role was really redundant. If this rumor is true, I wonder if an alternative role was floated to him (like Football GM)? Or is that Troy's role?
