When the Sun Belt Conference’s suspension came down after the Nov. 8 postgame fight with Texas State, senior safety Tyree Skipper received the harshest penalty.

He was told he couldn’t play another game for UL — ineligible for the final two regular-season games and a potential bowl game if his Ragin’ Cajuns won their final two regular-season games.

Joe Flacco played for Delaware in 2006 and 2007.

In 2007 Delaware lost to APP State in the FCS National Championship game. That was the same year that APP State beat Michigan in the Big House!
