My only comment on the bowl game is that lack of confidence in OL is why 4th down pass was attempted near goal line. Spoke to a former coach who wholeheartedly agreed with that theory.

Worst things that can happen:
You don't get it and Delaware gets the ball at the 1 yard line and has to go 99 yards.
Throw a pick and Delaware gets the ball at the 25 yard line and has to go 75 yards.
and they picked it LOL
Odds are in favor of running the ball and getting the 1 yard and score a TD.
