So Louisiana with this tremendous momentum and this COMPLETELY new dynamic of Louisiana Football was put up for sale. The word was that the Defensive Coordinator of Alabama was on a list of candidates.

The only way CMD would ever leave Louisiana is if he were asked to.

That’s great and all but the whole point is he has never been asked to leave because he hasn’t done jack to warrant a bigger job offer. I want him to succeed because of the reasons you listed. He is Ragin Cajun to the core but he has yet to prove is a good head football coach. In my opinion the best thing for him to do is not only drop the play calling duties, but to bring in an offensive coordinator to change the entire scheme. If he does that then I have no doubt he can be what we all know he deserves to be. Stay out of the offense, coach and develop his players and be an overall manager of the program.
