First Responders Bowl (Ft. Worth,TX - Friday, Jan. 2nd) might be the best pull if we had a choice.
....folks can make a New Year weekend out of it.

Independence Bowl and theFrisco Bowl are both great options, but they are on a Tuesday night.

IMO, the Frisco Bowl would be best. 16K indoors stadium. Beautiful mix use area surrounding the stadium with hotels, bars, and resturants....park and walk.

The university would have to do a good job engaging the DFW alumni base and aim to get 5K Cajuns fans there.

He is doing much better than I expected under the current landscape. Little NIL money, probably most injuries in our history, big schools buying our best players yearly, etc. He is the first coach here dealing with this stuff.

The number six has been the magic number for Louisiana football in the second half of the 2025 college football season, as they spent that portion of the season striving for it.

On Nov. 29, the Ragin’ Cajuns prayers were answered as they scratched and clawed their way to a 30-27 overtime victory over rival ULM for their sixth win of the season. With that victory comes bowl eligibility, marking the ninth season overall and fourth season under Michael Desormeaux that the Cajuns will go bowling.
