So Zoom Zoom, how many bowl spots are left for the 15 teams that will probably be left on the list?

Haven’t used my Jethroian ciphering yet. I’ll work on that around 5pm tomorrow PM.

Temple looks like they’re done, getting smoked by North Texas down 31 at end of 3rd.

33 bowls, 66 teams plus 12 CFP, 78 total. Celebration Bowl is a HCBU thing.

As of this evening 73 teams are qualified. Additionally, the three 5-6 matchups brings the number to 76 in the bank.

Going into Saturday, here’s who is left that can obtain 6-6 record:

    Georgia Southern/Marshall
    Arkansas St/App
    Penn State/Rutgers

    Kentucky
    Baylor
    Kansas State
    UCF
    Louisiana
    Texas State
    Army
    Florida State
    Washington State
    Rice
    Auburn

Even with a win we won't go bowling, and, quite frankly, don't deserve to.

Being able to claim bowl eligibility probably more important than actually going to the bowl.
Seems we should still get the extra practices as just eligible, since many teams opt out at last minute, potential fill ins need to act ready

    80 spots available:
38 bowls x 2 equals 76 spots for bowl games including the 4 opening round playoff games. plus 4 more playoff teams get byes equals 80 spots total.

    MAC - 5
    MWC - 7

SBC - 7 ( only has 5 right now but will include the GA South vs. Marshall and A State vs. APP as plus 2)
Total 74 have 6 wins as of this post including those two SBC Matchups.

5-6 teams with still a shot(11 total) Only 6 spots available:

Rice needs to beat USF -6 pm
Army (needs to beat UTSA-2:30 pm and/or Navy-12/13- 2 pm)
K State needs to beat Colorado - 11 am

Feel free to correct anything as I did this fast! LOL. Guess there is still a possibility of us even with a win getting left out, but I like our chances with these match ups.
SBC would hopefully leave TX St out to Dry before they would us.
