Getting all 3 of those kids is a pipe dream. After this sub 12 win season those kids are gonna scatter like rats. Not to mention the players on the current team hitting the portal.

I've always contended that the harder you play defense the more shooting and freethrows will suffer.

My worry is in allowing 80 while focusing on defense.

The reason 80 was allowed was as much due to the offensive problems as defensive effort. When so many shots are contested well or turnovers occur due to pressure, the opponent gets an advantage when they transition into offense.
