I get it, but they are non competitive and not playing UNC every night.
We are in an era where winning now is the standard. Right or wrong. Especially when you have a test case in Lake Charles that proves it can be done. They won nothing in their history but went from 11 wins to 30 in the first year of a new coach. They may be the exception rather than the rule, but they are down the road and an easy comparison.
Maybe, just maybe we can drop down to the AA LA. Highschool Division and be competitive there?
When in trouble, when in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout.
The offensive woes continued for the UL men’s basketball season in Friday’s 80-43 road loss to undefeated Santa Clara.
In many ways, the Ragin’ Cajuns took a few steps back in that area in the blowout loss, shooting just 35% from the field for the game.
#5 is supposed the top ranked recruit to ever sign with UL out of high school. High school rankings are irrelevant
I've always contended that the harder you play defense the more shooting and freethrows will suffer.
My worry is in allowing 80 while focusing on defense.
