It was posted here several weeks back that a family member had spoken about Blanco being offered money elsewhere and comments towards UL.

And I don’t think he’s seen game action since. Kudos to the staff.

No use in playing the kid if he’s already quitting on the team. Too bad scholarships can be yanked mid semester in scenarios like this. Fork over half semester’s worth of tuition if you want to pass the classes.

Good news is, they've had almost two weeks to prepare the new guys in secondary for tonight.

You guys do realize nobody on here knows the truth and you all sound like idiots. Here's some truth, he was listed on the injury report the last few weeks and he's still listed on the active roster. All this nonsense about quitting and pulling scholarships must really make want players to suit up for the Cajuns. How about we not spread rumors and wait for something official before bashing one of our players.

Sorry, but I’m at the point that I believe the NIL/no sit portal has ruined college football, especially for fans of G6 programs like ours. And now…while it has nothing to do with us, you have two programs courting, and the target playing along, a head coach while his team is possibly headed to a CFP run.

The whole system stinks, and something needs to be done by those involved to give it at least some semblance of even slight integrity.

He was listed early in the week them removed as the week went on. I said it in an earlier post, he may not be a full 100 percent yet.

And that's where the big problem arrives. The NCAA kicked the can down the road for so long that courts got involved. Now any time the NCAA tries anything, they get sued and overturned. We all know what's wrong and the common sense solutions, but once it's in court common sense goes out the window.

Sorry I didnt see that. Regardless i think he may be on the outside looking in when it comes to future rotation, I know we have some young backs that coaches are excited about going forward.
