I didn't see it mentioned earlier or I might have missed it being mentioned but cornerback Brent Gordon had an outstanding game and was a huge reason the Cajun defense did as well as they did. He has had an excellent freshman season. Hope we can keep him.

I thought Dez did a nice job in the 2nd half mixing the run and pass. Considering the o line injuries I think he deserves a lot of credit.

Lunch is a gamer and fun to watch. I hope he continues to improve and stays in Cajun uniform.

He finally started running the zone read option and it worked. Lunch got a couple of nice runs keeping it on the option and it keeps defenses honest. We also started going to Jensen a lot more. Need to use those height matchups.

He always has an outstanding game. At least in coverage. He's our best coverage guy by far and yeah, I hope we can keep him.

How could they be furious? No one was there. (Except a State Trooper in the end zone). Lunch shook his hand to thank him for coming to the game.

I’m sure Lunch was sincere, but that was a great unintentional marketing move.

AFA the last play, once Raynor fumbled and he didn’t recover, the game was technically over. Under 2 minutes only Raynor could recover and score. Don’t get some ASU fans still bent thinking 55 scored.

Neither was the kickoff return. Defense held when it really counted. And we won a close one on the road! Nice!!

Can't overstate the road aspect.

Butch Jones lost the game when he went for it on 4th down & didn’t make it. If he kicks the FG there, they only needed a FG to beat us at the end of the game. Glad he was greedy & went for it on 4th down and props to our defense for the stop.
