Agree, the summertime day games are killers. Outdoor football games in Deep South should be 6 p.m. kickoff or later until last weekend of September.

Louisiana just played on a Thursday but next Thursday is the day a game should be played every year.

It was a Louisiana tradition for half a century and was the best attended game of the year.
