Knowing how far down our program was, it will SURELY take more than one LATE recruiting class to turn things around.
I remember Coach K at Duke started out poorly also, so I checked his record.

    1980-81 - 17-13 (1st year)
    1981-82 - 10-17
    1982-83 - 11-17
    1983-84 - 24-10
    The rest is history

    Coach Sampson at UH:

    2014-15 - 13-19 - 1st year
    2015-16 - 22-10
    The rest is history

Here are 2 great coaches who started out poorly, got their recruits, and had dramatic results. I have been critical of this team because, frankly, they are bad. But, let's not be too critical of Coach Q yet. Just maybe he will be able to run this thing around like Coach K and Coach Sampson. Like Duke and Houston, we need to stick with him through the growing pains and give him time to build his team.

No doubt he will get plenty of time to build his team. I mean after all, we gave Coach Marlin 72 years. It wasn’t until his overall record dropped below 74% that we let him go.

I mean, how many steals did they have? That's a rhetorical question. I don't care although it felt like they got a steal every trip down the court in the first half

It would be nice to have someone with the financial resources of Master P helping our basketball program.
