This doesn't surprise me.
The entirety of the team training experience (youth to pro) is about supporting your teammates and functioning as one.
The reality is you don’t realize how many former players post on here. Middle aged or not I’d be willing to bet there would be hands thrown if the situation was the same with them. It’s funny when people hide behind a screen name on a message board then call out others for being keyboard warriors.
Sticking up for teammates and throwing hands is one thing..
Swinging your helmet around like an _______ when youre on the edge of the scrum is just idiotic
Why is Skipper out for the rest of the season and no one else is?? Is it because he swung a helmet?
The trainer he decked in the head with his helmet probably pointed him out specifically
Probably a stupid question but do we get to choose what games each player is suspended for or is it automatically the next game. Here is my thinking. With the exception of Tyree Skipper who is suspended for the season, the other 4 active players (Courtline Flowers, Kody Jackson, Kaliep Edwards and Collin Jacob are all defensive players, I did not count Stroman and/or Lesueur since they have not played at all or very much this season. Could we possibly suspend 2 of them for the Arkansas State game and 2 for the ULM game or could we suspend all of them for the ULM game, since that is a more winnable game than A-State without these players.
I am sure this is something coach Dez has already asked about or knows, but it would make more sense to not have all four for of these guys out for A-State, to be honest with you, I would almost rather you play all of them vs A-State and go all in for the win, that way if you lose to A-State it won't matter who is suspended. But if you win, you can play ULM down those guys and just hope for the best. Not sure what the SBC rules are in this situation, I am hoping we get to decide what games they are suspended for.
