Arent these players, when it comes to NIL going to have the same problem that gen X faced when boomers wouldnt leave the job market....seems the majority of the NIL/commercials are from "old" retired athletes. These college NIL kids might not have any real NIL waiting for them on the other side from corporate america.... most commercials still seems to be the mannings, shaq, frank thomas, and deion
Any advertising that's done by college athletes for NIL carries the same weight for me as NFL athletes doing advertising. Ex: Taysom Hill with Laborde Earles. That won't sway me one bit to use those guys, if I ever needed to, b/c I saw Taysom Hill on their commercials.
Speaking of lawyers, esp with personal injury, what sets one apart from the next? Seems law and precedent would be same regardless of who lawyer is, and dont think these guys wete clerking for scotus. So what gives, what gives one more success than the next?
