    Im not sure i agree with immediate for all coaching changes... how about incoming but not outgoing, that way they cant steal their players and bring with.

    As far as post grad, the problem is many are not taking true graduate programs. They are labelled post graduate. Lower the hours requirement, but then still take undergrad classes. Less time on school more time on illegal practice.

    Also make post grad transfers forgoe NIL, a graduate degree is priceless

    If a school cancles football completely due to budget concerns (or competetiveness concerns) will court rule that is illegally "limiting" NIL
