That would be Matt Hebert typically. But Matt needs information beyond name and hometown before he can put out an official release.
Needs bio info (hs, awards, stats, travel team, etc) and a nice quote from the coach on each signee. I am imagining that info is still being gathered.

Maybe they could have that info on all commits, prior to signing. Hold the info and then release. Or write more things about people in just the commit phase to make them feel more welcome and lock in that decision
