Aww shucks. Maybe next time Cajuns! You fought hard and really had fun out there. That’s all that matters. So proud you didn’t give up. Anybody else going to BR for ice cream?
How ‘bout you Vicy and Billy?
Because we don't give passes for a fourth year head coach.
I like that our kids try. Don’t like that they need to be better coached and be given a chance to win. Two unsportsmanlike calls after a play is over and two motion penalties on the same lineman don’t show me that. Defense was riddled today. Offense bailed out by JMU mistakes. Refs were really generous to us. I’m not going to say aren’t we special. We are not a very good football team. And O dear if lunch goes out. He took a beating today. And Mackey got hurt again.
But they never quit. Good. Proud of that.
Heck, I use to be concerned UL was headed to “Bustle Ball”. Now it appears to be a goal.
It sucks to lose. Kind of expected.
What I’m trying to figure out now is that we have 5.5 quarters of Lunch. Decent enough sample size. How is this guy not starting in week 2? The talent disparity is pretty glaring.
Lunch can help us win, plain and simple. Play calling is just head scratching! Defense gets a A this week. Tackling and ST coverage is poor. Same deficiencies exist with f you complain or not.
Agreed. He’ll win us games. With a healthy Perry and just okay O line play, we are just a better team offense what him taking snaps.
I was worried that his first start would be iffy. He missed a few throws, but performed well. That’s super encouraging. Honestly feel better about the O in a loss than I did following McNeese.
